Het roer van de mammoettanker \u2018Decentralisering\u2019 moet om en een speciale minister zou leiding moeten geven aan dat proces, meent Philip Veerman in zijn nieuwe opiniestuk in Den Haag Centraal.<\/p>\n<p>Informateur Herman Tjeenk Willink stelde voor om overeenkomsten te bereiken op vier \u00e0 vijf grote maatschappelijke thema\u2019s. Als thema\u2019s noemde hij het functioneren van de overheid, klimaatproblemen, maatschappelijke tegenstellingen op de arbeidsmarkt en onderwijs. Onbegrijpelijk is dat niet zonneklaar is dat de situatie van kinderen in dit land een ander thema moet zijn. Sinds het regeerakkoord van de VVD en de PvdA in 2012, met de daarin gelanceerde decentralisatie van de jeugdzorg, is de situatie van kinderen in de knel ernstig verslechterd. In 2014 wees de Rekenkamer Den Haag de gemeente erop dat zij geen zicht had<br \/>\nop de risco\u2019s die betere jeugdzorg belemmeren.
