Deze krant sprak vijf jaar na dato met mensen uit het veld, van de bestuurder tot de jeugdbeschermer, en maakt de balans op. Is het van kwaad tot erger gegaan of gloort er hoop?<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\">Gz-psycholoog <b>Philip Veerman<\/b> is bezorgd. Ernstig bezorgd. Bij die jeugdigen staat hun hele leven \u2018on hold\u2019. \u201cZo\u2019n jongere woont ter overbrugging bij een vriend of vriendin en kan niet naar therapie vanwege de wachtlijsten.
