Philip Veerman is voor het meer bij elkaar brengen van regulier en speciaal onderwijs (zoals de Onderwijsraad nu heeft voorgesteld) maar tegen het afschaffen van speciaal onderwijs. Op 16 november debatteert de Tweede Kamer over de vraag of het onderwijs inclusiever moet worden. Als dit leidt tot het opdoeken van speciaal onderwijs, is dat volgens Philip Veerman onwenselijk.<\/p>\n<p>Nu de vijfjarige beleidsperiode \u2018passend onderwijs\u2019 ten einde komt, heeft de Onderwijsraad advies uitgebracht aan minister Arie Slob van Basisonderwijs, Voortgezet Onderwijs en Media.
